Contact Zawa
Email info@zawa.ai, the contact published in Zawa's Google Play description. Include your app version and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unrelated private documents.
This landing page does not access your app account or process a support request on your behalf.
Purchases & subscriptions
Review the price, billing period, renewal terms and included features on the purchase screen. Availability may depend on your region and app version.
For subscriptions billed by Google Play, open Google Play with the account used to pay, then go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Select Zawa to manage or cancel renewal. Deleting the app or an account does not cancel billing.
Refund requests
For a Google Play purchase, follow Google Play's refund process using the purchasing Google account. Eligibility depends on the purchase and applicable policy; a refund is not guaranteed.
If you need help identifying a charge or resolving an app issue, contact Zawa. Provide a relevant order reference only when needed. Purchases through another billing provider must be handled through that provider.
Account & data deletion
In Zawa, check the account or settings area for an available deletion option and follow the confirmation steps. Exact labels can vary by version and are not verified here.
If the option is unavailable or the request does not complete, email info@zawa.ai with the subject “Zawa account or data deletion request.” Explain what you want deleted and provide only the account information necessary for the publisher to identify the request.
The publisher may verify your identity and retain information where its policy or applicable law permits. See Zawa's privacy policy for details. This page cannot delete app data, promise a retention period, or cancel a subscription.
Creative responsibility
Only upload or use materials you have permission to use. Check AI-generated content before publishing, including product appearance, text and factual claims. The publisher's terms govern use of the app.
